Sales – Refresher Course – External or 1-2-1

This course covers all the fundamentals of sales and aids individuals who are new to sales and those that need a refresher and have been out of the game for a while. It incorporates all aspects of the sales process from building and understanding the structure to practicing through each point. This course spans across 2 days and involves a range of different activities and exercises to ensure the methods are ingrained and become second nature.
