The information that you provide upon Joining Us must be true and accurate. If such information changes then you should inform us through the Contact Us section of the Grapefruit website. Your information will be kept in accordance with our privacy policy. Whilst working for Grapefruit, or any of our business partners, it will be under self-employed status unless otherwise specified. You are responsible for your own taxation payments and national insurance contributions which are in respect of all fees and other related sums that will be payable to you.

Such terms shall not be enforceable under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 by a person who is not party to them.

Force Majeure – Grapefruit shall not be liable to you in respect of anything that may constitute breach of this agreement arising by means of force majeure including (without limitation) flood, acts of terrorism, fire, civil unrest, telecommunications and utilities failure, act of God, war, theft, malicious damage, the act of any government or authority (including refusal or revocation of any licence or consent), and any cause or circumstance whatsoever beyond our reasonable control.

The applicable law and jurisdiction will be that of the English Courts who will have exclusive jurisdiction regarding and over any claim arising that is related to or from a visit to the Grapefruit website. Grapefruit however retains the right to bring any proceedings against you for breach of these conditions in your country of residence or any relevant country; such terms are governed by English law.
